Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9,10, 11, 12 will be priced at $15,000.
Lots 6, 7, and 13 will be priced at $20,000. If buyer
builds on the lot in the first year from date of lot purchase and
building permit is filed within that year, buyer is eligible for
$5000 rebate, within 2nd year they will receive a $4000 rebate,
within 3rd year they will receive a $3000 rebate, with 4th year a
$2000 rebate and within 5rh year a $1000 rebate. Buyer must
present a copy of the dated building permit and if requested by
HEDC, proof that construction plans are underway to receive the
rebate.
