Health Promotion:

 Client health education at home

 Group teaching

 Communicable disease follow-ups

 Blood pressure and blood sugar    screenings

 Maternal and child health visits

Immunization Program:

Immunizations provided to children and adults following CDC schedule and guidelines.

Immunization clinics held every Wednesday afternoon 2 pm-4 pm. Appointments taken for alternate times.
