These are normally constructed by the maintenance crew in each district.</font></small></p> <p><small><font face="Arial">The Secondary Roads Department has five maintenance shops, one mechanic shop and one bridge/sign shop.</font></small></p> <p><small><font face="Arial">Each maintenance shop is typically equipped with two 150 to 180 hp.
