Primghar, Iowa, August 1, 2017 –Brent Ebel is the new owner of H & N Services, Inc. in Paullina. The O’Brien County Economic Development Corporation is proud to be a supporter of this business acquisition through an O’Brien County IRP Revolving Fund Loan. Mr. Ebel is looking forward to providing repair and maintenance service for cars and light trucks to Paullina and the surrounding area. In addition to the services that H & N has traditionally provided over the past two and a half decades, Brent plans to expand into UTV repair and maintenance as well as providing some fabrication and repair services for the agricultural sector.
O’Brien County Economic Development, in conjunction with the O’Brien County Revolving Loan Fund Committee, has approved financing for this business acquisition. The Revolving Loan Fund is used to attract, retain or expand business or industry. Revolving loan funds may be used for the following: Land purchases, Building purchases, Building Construction, Machinery purchases, Equipment purchases and any other uses deemed appropriate by the RLF Committee.
