New 3-S Washout Provides Needed Services in O'Brien County
Chad, Mike and Bruce Simm, owners of 3-S Washout, Inc. near Paullina, announce the completion of their new facilities. Their 2-bay washout building, located at 4272 Redwing Avenue, is specifically made only for livestock trailers and manure hauling equipment. This new facility features innovative equipment that efficiently processes the washout’s by-products for use as fertilizer. O’Brien County Economic Development Corporation (OCEDC) is excited to be a partner in this new business through an O’Brien County RLF/RBDG Loan.
