O'Brien County Career Day

O'Brien County Career Day will be held April 3, 2017. This career day for sophomores has been made possible through a partnership between:

• O'Brien County Economic Development Corporation
• Sheldon Chamber & Dewvelopment
• Northwest Iowa Community College
• Iowa State University Extension & Outreach
• Elevate Iowa

as well as our school districts:

• Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn Community Schools
• Sheldon Community Schools
• South O'Brien Community Schools

 We have seven business partners making it possible for our students to see a wide variety of careers available in O'Brien County:

• Ziegler CAT, Sheldon
• JTV Manufacturing, Sutherland
• Maintainer, Sheldon
• Mill Creek Machining, Paullina
• Rosenboom Machine & Tool, Sheldon
• Valero, Hartley
• White Wolf Web, Sheldon

Business tours will take place from approximately 9:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. with a break for lunch in Building A on the NCC campus in Sheldon from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.
