Super Hi Tech Purchases Park Street Building in Sheldon


Primghar, Iowa, December 15, 2016 –Wayne Barahona and Jon Hellinga have purchased the building at 915 Park Street in Sheldon where their company, Super Hi Tech, opened in early 2013. Here they provide business and residential clients in the greater Sheldon area with client based solutions through web design, web marketing, computer sales and repair, cell phone repair, IT consultation and custom technology solutions. O’Brien County Economic Development Corporation (OCEDC) is excited to be in partnership with Wayne and Jon through an O’Brien County RLF Loan.
O’Brien County Economic Development, in conjunction with the O’Brien County Revolving Loan Fund Committee, has approved financing for this real estate purchase. The Revolving Loan Fund is used to attract, retain or expand business or industry.  Revolving loan funds may be used for the following:  Land purchases, Building purchases, Building Construction, Machinery purchases, Equipment purchases and any other uses deemed appropriate by the RLF Committee.
